The Santaluz Club

The Santaluz Club offers private equity memberships at 3 distinct levels to choose from.

Golf:  The Rees Jones designed course is considered challenging even by original members. The golf membership offers unlimited Golf, access to the Clubhouse and practice facilities. Choose from 3 dining areas, Fresh Roast, The Clubhouse Dining Room, and the Men's Grill or Ladies Lounge. Golf members enjoy the priviledges of the Clubhouse/Spa membership as well as the Hacienda membership.

Clubhouse/Spa: For those who do not choose golf, and would like the experience the Clubhouse and  Spa facilities, there is a membership for you! Enjoy full access to all the Clubhouse and Spa have to offer.

Hacienda: The Hacienda membership is the only level of membership access reserved to residents of the Santaluz community. The Hacienda offers a robust Tennis program, with 6 lit courts, as well as fitness classes a heated lap pool and the Fresh Roast eatery.

There is something for everyone at Santaluz. There are 500 production homes, and 300 custom homes, with about 75 homesites still available to build out. The ammenities don't stop at the Club, the Santaluz Maintenance Association maintains 3,000 acres of common area, which include miles of hiking/biking trails, with look-out monuments capturing ocean views. There are several 'Tot-Lots' to choose from, as well as a private dog park.
